Phase I : Community Building and Near Outreach & Onboarding -> in this phase we need your help to attract more people to the Near ecosystem. We need to onboard more people on Near and we need your help because together we are #buildingNEAR. The more people there are the better the ecosystem will become and the value of Near NFTs will go up. The simple operation, mobile-ready browser wallet and experience make Near the next big blockchain for NFTs and to build communities

Phase II: Marketing and community reach out -> in this phase we want to talk to as many people as possible and get them on board with our collection. Get them in the Red Circle. There are many ways to get inside the Circle but once you’re in the Circle you can never get out. Are you in the Circle yet, anon?

Phase III : Developing the Collection together and getting the brightest people involved -> Building the Red Circle Mafia is not going to be easy and we’re gonna need some help. We want to do this together so if you know people who want to be there at the beginning of something wonderful please reach out in our Discord. We’re interested in help in community, social media, twitter, discord, technology and marketing. If you feel you or someone you know can contribute, we aim to create the best community in the RedCircleDAO.

Phase IV: Release the Red Circle Mafia Collection on Near -> we want to prepare and make the launch as smooth as possible so everyone can mint their RCMs. We’re already working with strong technical leads who will assure the minting experience will be flawless. We are still investigating if we can have a White List system that integrates with the Near mint. Price will be communicated closer to launch

Phase V: Marketplace integration -> We will work together with the biggest marketplaces in the Near ecosystem so we can get a smoothie secondary market experience for the people who got to mint an RCM NFT. Alongside the marketplace for secondary sales we are planning to develop a rarity checker for the Red Circle Mafia collection.

Phase VII: Establish the RedCircleDAO with permissions only for RCM NFT holders. This will be based on our Discord Server and will offer many channels which will be accessible only with an RCM NFT.

Phase VIII: Once the RedCircleDAO is established with voting we can move to the second phase of our Roadmap and work out the best solutions in a democratic fashion with holders participation. We call this the Red Circle Mafia Next Phase Roadmap and it’s going to be key in the development of the project.

Phase IX: Once the RCM treasury has collected enough Near from the secondary sales royalties the WMC will hire Vlad. Vlad will come swiftly and unexpectedly to make the floor NFTs disappear.
